X06DA - PXIII : Macromolecular Crystallography
X06DA (PXIII) was the third macromolecular crystallography beamline at the Swiss Light Source. It was funded by a partnership between the Paul Scherrer Institut and Swiss and international pharmaceutical companies.
In October 2023, PXIII closed for a major refurbishment as part of the SLS 2.0 machine upgrade. The beamline is set to reopen for pilot experiments in 2025.
