Each Postdoc-candidate needs to find his/her PI. A list with all the potential PI indicating their fields of expertise and research themes open for collaborations is available on PIs & Corresponding Scientific Fields.
The Postdoc-candidate will then contact a PI in order to get information about available resources, instruments and already available knowledge at PSI in the particular field. This exchange of information will allow the Postdoc-candidate to develop a project-idea and after mutual agreement between the PI and the applicant, a written proposal will be formulated by the Postdoc-candidate.
