Biography
Daniel Vera Nieto is a Ph.D. student in the X-ray imaging and microscopy group at PSI and ETH Zürich. Before his Ph.D., he received his BSc and MSc in Telecommunication Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and worked as Research Engineer at ETH Media Technology Center.
Scientific Research
His research focuses on the development of deep learning algorithms for x-ray imaging reconstruction, in particular super-resolution algorithms, in the context of Lung Computed-Tomography.
