IAEA organised an international expert group to collect, analyse and interpret the spent fuel pool measurements
connected with the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear accident. The first meeting started 2014 in Vienna. Experts from
CEA (France), KIT (Germany), PSI (Switzerland) and IAEA were participating in three meetings to interpret
the measured nuclide concentrations from TEPCO during the fuel transfer from 1F4 SFP to the common spent fuel pool.
The project is postponed until the next spent fuel transfer at the Fukushima Daiichi site will be started.
