The optics beamline (X05DA) uses a SLS bending magnet as source. The main components shown in the layout (figure) are the Si (111) channel-cut monochromator and the bendable toroidal 1:1 focusing mirror. The optics is situated inside the storage ring tunnel followed by the experimental hutch and the control room.
