Qihui Yu

Qihui Yu is a Process Engineer in the X-Ray Tomography group at PSI. He received his BSc in Electronic Engineering at Polytechnic University of Turin and MSc in Physics and Nanotechnology at Technical University of Denmark. His research focuses on the development of DRIE process for fabricating X-ray gratings in silicon substrates with pitch size in micro scale and different aspect ratio.
