Check-out
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Please leave the room and settle your bill by 10:00 a.m. latest.
Keys and badges may be left on the table in your room or returned at the reception.
Early departure
Plans may change and if you need to leave PSI earlier than planned, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
Any cancellation or changes to your reservation must be made by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Failure to comply with this policy will result in charges of at least one night’s room fee.
Early departure for long term stays
Any cancellation or changes to your reservation must be made by 7 days before your new departure date. Failure to comply with this policy will result in charges of a maximum of 7 night’s room fee.
Late departure
Depending on availability, a late check-out until 12:00 noon is possible. To be agreed with the reception in advance.
Weekend / out of office hours
If you plan to leave the Guest House outside our opening hours please prepay on the days before your departure day, respectively until Friday noon latest for departures on the weekend.
Payment
Cash and cards
Please pay your bill during our opening hours. We do accept Swiss Francs, Euros and credit / debit cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, V-Pay und Diners. We also accept TWINT. The next ATM is in Villigen.
Prepayment
For arrivals and departures on weekends, a prepayment until Friday noon at our reception or online prepayment by credit card (Saferpay) is mandatory.
Luggage room
Our luggage room is located at the entrance of areal west. To store your luggage, please contact the security guard.
