About Muon Physics Group

Dr. S. Ritt, group head

The Muon Physics group works on experiments addressing fundamental particle physics questions using the world's highest intensity muon beam lines at PSI. This includes experiments with direct involvement as well as support for external groups doing experiments at our beam lines. The muon physics groups consists of five staff members, two postdocs and eight PhD students. They are active in five internal long-term experiments embedded in international collaborations.
