The "Technology Briefing" aims at informing our industry partners and SMEs about current practical issues in the field of advanced manufacturing. In addition, the event enables the direct exchange of experiences with experts from CSEM, Empa, PSI, Hightech Zentrum, ANAXAM, as well as from industry.
Switzerland is one of the leading countries in the development and application of digital technologies. The advancing digitalisation presents special challenges and opportunities for industry and SMEs. There is great potential in the area of advanced manufacturing technologies, especially for the manufacturing industry - at the same time, the development and use of such technologies often require direct and intensive cooperation between research and industry.
In this year's "Advanced Manufacturing" event, the three Swiss research institutions CSEM, Empa and PSI will present new innovative solutions and technologies in "Advanced Manufacturing" and show how Swiss companies can use them to increase their innovative strength and competitiveness. In addition, the technology transfer centre "ANAXAM", the Hightech Zentrum Aargau and partner companies from industry will present the application-oriented uses of these technologies.
