PSI offering

PSI operates the Kiwi, a day care centre with kindergarten. The KIWI offers full-day care (7:30-18:00) for children from three months of age up to pre-school age.

Taking care of sick children:

The Swiss Red Cross Aargau offers a service (max. 2 days) by taking care of sick or injured children whose parents are working and cannot stay away from work. Some health insurance companies (e.g. the ÖKK) cooperate with the SRC and pay for this service. (info sheet , only available in german)

Holiday offers in the university area Zurich, also for children of PSI employees

The kihz foundation (Kinderbetreuung im Hochschulraum Zürich) offers interesting theme weeks during the school holidays for children aged 5 to 12 years, during which the children are looked after all day. This offer is also open to children of PSI employees living in the Zurich area.
