As public institutions and employers, research institutes have a duty of care towards their employees. In this context, it is important, among other things, to be aware of the dynamics in society and to ensure a corporate culture that prevents attacks and forms of discrimination against social minorities through prevention.
Gender diversity is a social reality. This also applies to research institutes. Employees should feel welcome at PSI to bring their whole selves to campus in order to develop their full potential.
At PSI, we live a culture of respect and have confidential advisors who can be consulted in a confidential setting.
