With "Smart Staffing at PSI" we have defined our standards and processes and are guided by the principles of the EU initiative "HRS4R - Human Resource Strategy for Researchers" for an open and transparent personnel recruitment process with focus on:
- Promoting women in leadership positions and desicion making boards
- More women invited to interviews
- Hinder unconscious Bias
