Event: "LGBTQIA+ in the Workplace - More Inclusion, More Innovation, More Success"

We want all employees, including LGBTQIA+ people, to feel comfortable at the ETH research institutions. To achieve this, it is important, among other things, to be aware of the dynamics in society and to ensure, through prevention, a corporate culture that prevents attacks and forms of discrimination against social minorities.

On the occasion of Pride Month in June, the research institutes PSI, Empa, Eawag and WSL invited the three guests: Prof Dr Andrea Gurtner, Prof Michael Ramsey-Musolf and Dr Aswathi Kanjampurath Sivan. All three are committed in their research and teaching to the recognition and equality of LGBTQIA+ people in academic institutions and the workplace.
