Job shadowing for academics with disabilities or chronic illnesses at PSI

PSI is participating in the MyAbility Talent Programme for the first time. This programme connects students and experienced academics with disabilities or chronic illnesses with companies. In this way, PSI continues to work towards an inclusive working environment, promotes an open approach to disability within the institution and, as an employer, focuses more on a pool of highly skilled employees whose potential is often not fully realised in the labour market.

Specifically, PSI offers 3 - 9 people the opportunity for a job shadowing. For approximately 3 days, the candidates can look over the shoulders of professionals at PSI and familiarise themselves with the day-to-day work, tasks, requirements, and corporate culture.
