On 26 September we welcomed the new mentees of feM-LEAD – a programme to increase the proportion of female leaders at PSI, Empa, WSL and Eawag!
21 participants have been selected from an impressive pool of applicants. For one year, they will work intensively on their (leadership) careers for example by sharpening their personal career vision, working out a strategy to achieve their goals or further developing their skills in a targeted way:

feM-LEAD (female Mentoring: Leadership for Equity And Diversity) is aimed at women who are not yet in a leadership position but are interested in getting there. The cross-institutional mentoring programme is intended to help increase the proportion of women in leadership positions in the research institutes of the ETH Domain.
We wish everyone a great start and an enriching experience!
